Part 2

In this class I’ve learned a lot from this opportunity to work closely with my team. One of the most valuable lessons was how to balance teamwork effectively by assigning roles based on each person’s strengths. Understanding how to engage with my team and discovering the best ways to communicate gave us great success.

I was fortunate to work with teammates who were all effective communicators. This made it easy to coordinate regular meetings and stay on track with our group projects. Our ability to share ideas openly and support each other’s contributions was a major reason why I believe we were so successful as a team.

Looking ahead, if there’s one area we could improve, it would be to expand the focus of our meetings. Rather than just discussing our current tasks, we could also start planning for the following week’s assignments. This proactive approach would help us manage our workload more efficiently and ensure that we’re always one step ahead.

Overall, this experience has taught me a lot about the importance of clear communication in team projects. I’m grateful for everything I’ve learned and look forward to applying these skills in future collaborations.
